New Staff Email Listserv

The New Staff Email Listserv is for new advising, career services, and learning support staff. To subscribe:

1. CLICK HERE to send a blank email to newstaff+subscribe@g-groups.wisc.edu
2. Within a minute or two, you’ll receive an email to confirm your membership. Make sure you are logged into your UW-Madison G Suite account, not your personal Google account, to complete the steps provided in the membership email.
3. To complete your subscription to the email list, reply to the email you received and send a blank email. **Do not use the option of clicking the ‘Join This Group’ button.**
4. You will receive a confirmation email once you have replied to the email and have joined the group.

After completing the steps provided in the membership email, you will be able to begin using the new staff listserv. After completing these steps, you can begin using the New Staff Google Group and Email List. To send a message to the group, simply enter newstaff@g-groups.wisc.edu in the “To” field of your email client.

You can unsubscribe from the New Staff Email Listserv by sending a blank email to newstaff+unsubscribe@g-groups.wisc.edu.
