????September Session Topic: Onboarding Professional Staff

This collaborative presentation will share how to identify the need for a more formal onboarding program, as well as how to start building, implementing, and continuing to improve over time. We will also think about how the techniques outlined can benefit teams of all sizes looking to improve onboarding in intentional and sustainable ways, and connect with other advisors in the community to share best practices and generate new ideas in real time.

This session will be led by Michele Crandell from the College of Engineering.
